Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for up to 2 months in a sealed bag and defrost in the fridge.
- Because these contain cooked meat and no preservatives, discard anything that smells off.
Serving considerations
- These are occasional treats and training rewards. They are not complete dog food, not balanced homemade dog food and not a long-term chicken-and-rice diet.
- If your dog is unwell or off their food, speak to your vet rather than changing their diet at home.
- Serving size depends on your dog's size, health and normal diet — treats should stay a small part of daily intake.
- Use plain chicken and plain rice only: no skin, no bones, no salt, no seasoning and no stock or broth, which often contains onion or garlic.
